Hazard Identified
Aspergillus mold was found on some of the items from this shipment. Adverse reactions, such as pulmonary aspergillosis, may occur in individuals with weakened immune systems or lung disease when exposed to aspergillus mold.
Neither the Schurman Retail Group nor Health Canada has received any reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these products.
Corrective Action
Consumers should immediately stop using the product, enclose the product in a plastic bag, and return it to the nearest Papyrus or Carlton Cards store, or Schurman Retail Group's Tennessee Distribution Center for a refund.

Consumers may view the releases for the ornaments, trees and frames by the US CPSC on the Commission's website.
Number Sold
Approximately 5,807 of the recalled ornaments, frames and tree were sold at Papyrus and Carlton Cards stores across Canada.
Approximately 10,450 of the recalled ornaments, frames and tree were sold at Papyrus and Carlton Cards stores across the United States.
Time Period Sold
The recalled products were sold from September 29, 2012 to November 21, 2012.
